Sarawak Secretary Holds Engagement Session With Sibu Divisional Administrative Leadership
SIBU: The Sarawak Secretary, Datuk Amar Mohamad Abu Bakar Marzuki, held an official engagement session with administrative officers of the Sibu Division as part of his official working visit to the division.
The session took place at the Main Meeting Room of the Resident’s Office, Sibu Division, on Friday, and was attended by key administrative leaders at both divisional and district levels.
Among those present were Sibu Resident Abang Mohamad Porkan Abang Budiman, Deputy Resident of Sibu Division Christopher Ranggau Unting, as well as District Officers from Sibu, Selangau and Kanowit.
Accompanying Mohamad Abu Bakar was Deputy Sarawak Secretary (Administration) Datu Felicia Tan Ya Hua, together with senior state government officials, including directors from the Human Resource Management and Development Unit, the Public Service Digitalisation Unit and the Administration Unit.
The session served as an official platform for the state’s top civil service leadership to convey key messages, strategic direction and policy emphases of the state government, while strengthening administrative coordination between the state and divisional levels.
The programme concluded with a two-way interactive session and a reaffirmation of commitment by the Sibu Resident’s Office to ensure that all policies, inputs and directives delivered would be implemented effectively in order to enhance public service delivery to the people. -UKASnews
