20 Spektra Permata Houses In Pasir Panjang Nearly Complete
KUCHING: The construction of 20 Rumah Spektra Permata (RSP) units at the Pasir Panjang, Pasir Pandak and Pasir Salak Village Expansion Scheme (SPK) has recorded physical progress of 96.82 per cent as of 20 September, 2026.
All 20 houses have been completed, while infrastructure works involving roads, drainage systems and earthworks are still under way.
The RM6.85 million project also includes the provision of basic amenities, including water supply as well as mechanical and electrical works.
The latest development of the project was relayed during a briefing and site visit by Deputy Minister in the Sarawak Premier's Department (Project Coordinator for Regional Development Agencies, DBKU and Islamic Affairs) Datuk Dr Abdul Rahman Junaidi, together with Housing Development Corporation (HDC) Chief Executive Officer Fathi Hambali. -UKASnews
