132 Children Complete Schooling At Tabika KEMAS In Debak Zone
DEBAK: The 2025 Tabika KEMAS Appreciation Ceremony in Debak Zone held here on Thursday marked a meaningful moment when 132 KEMAS Kindergarten children were celebrated after completing their schooling period.
Deputy Minister for Women, Early Childhood and Community Wellbeing Development Datuk Mohamad Razi Sitam said that organising such an event is crucial as a sign of appreciation for the commitment, dedication and sacrifice of educators who have devoted themselves to educating children from an early age.
According to him, Tabika KEMAS plays a major role in shaping the foundation of education, character and identity of children, besides being an early platform for them to gain knowledge, discipline, noble values and social skills that are important for the future.
“This is where children take their first steps into the world of formal learning which will be a valuable asset in their educational journey,” he said.
The Saribas Assemblyman also stressed that the success and excellence of children today is the result of close collaboration between teachers, parents and the local community.
In this regard, Datuk Mohamad Razi called for continued strong support for KEMAS programmes to ensure the continuity of quality early childhood education.
