KUCHING: As the curtains draw on 2025 and we turn the page to 2026, Sarawak Governor, Tun Pehin Sri Dr Wan Junaidi Tuanku Jaafar, and his wife, Toh Puan Datuk Patinggi Fauziah Mohd Sanusi, express their hope that the coming year brings peace, clarity of purpose, and resilience to the community.

Tun Pehin Sri Dr Wan Junaidi stated that the New Year should serve as a platform to strengthen resolve, refine the execution of our goals, and ensure that every effort translates into results for the collective good.

In this regard, he said the spirit of togetherness, mutual respect, and the bonds of kinship must be continuously nurtured as the foundation of Sarawak’s stability, progress, and prosperity.

The Sarawak Governor also offered prayers for the continued health of the people, harmony within families, success in all endeavours, and an enduring atmosphere of peace and abundance.
