Datuk Mohammad Razi Spends Time Celebrating Gawai With Residents Of Rumah Panjang Jerai
DEBAK: Deputy Minister for Community Wellbeing Development and Saribas Assemblyman, Datuk Mohammad Razi Sitam, continued his tradition of engaging with grassroots communities through a friendly visit in conjunction with the Gawai Dayak celebration at Rumah Panjang Jerai here on Monday.
Arriving at around 11am, he was welcomed by Tuai Rumah Stephen Lambor Anak Langgi and residents who had gathered to celebrate the Gawai festival.
The visit provided an opportunity for Datuk Mohammad Razi to meet and interact directly with the residents while keeping abreast of the latest developments within the longhouse community.
During the gathering, he also expressed his appreciation to the residents for their continued spirit of cooperation and unity, which has helped maintain harmony within the community.
Also present during the visit were Kampung Tuie Branch Chief Suib Pa'aie, Kampung Medang Branch Chief Ani Narudin, Supa Hilir Branch Chief Kamri Karim, and Kampung Tuie Headman Kamaludin Brahim. -UKASnews
