Love For Prophet Muhammad Must Be Manifested In Life
ASAJAYA: Love for Prophet Muhammad must be translated through morals and daily practices, not just expressed through Maulidur Rasul greetings, processions or celebrations.
Minister for Tourism, Creative Industry and Performing Arts Dato Sri Abdul Karim Rahman Hamzah said that appreciation of the Prophet Muhammad should act as a guide in forming a society with strong values and morals.
"Love for Prophet Muhammad should not only be expressed through greetings and processions, but needs to be translated through our lives every day," he said while attending the Kampung Tambirat Community Level Maulidur Rasul Celebration here on Tuesday.
According to him, good values and morals are an important foundation in building a strong society, in addition to being part of efforts to ensure the development of an area is also supported by the formation of quality human capital.
Meanwhile, the Kampung Tambirat Community Level Maulidur Celebration 1448H/2026M brought together about 240 participants from 16 contingents involving various communities in Asajaya District.
The joint organisation of 11 community organisations in Kampung Tambirat, including the village committee, mosque, surau, youth and women, also showed the involvement of various community groups in making the celebration a success.
The organisers also revised the implementation of activities taking into account the safety and health factors of the participants following the haze.
The banner competition was one of the main highlights of the celebration, with judging being held on location without a parade.
