BINTULU: Close cooperation and systematic programme coordination within an organization are essential to ensure every planned activity is executed in an orderly and effective manner.

Minister in the Sarawak Premier’s Department Dato Sri John Sikie Tayai said unity and commitment from all parties serve as the foundation for strengthening working relationships, enhancing management efficiency, and ensuring the smooth implementation of programmes.

According to him, cooperation between leadership and members at various levels must continue to be empowered to foster a more structured organization capable of carrying out shared responsibilities.

He said this when speaking at an annual organisational meeting held at a hotel here on Saturday.

Meanwhile, Dato Sri John also highlighted the importance of coordination across different leadership tiers to ensure that every planned program is implemented collectively to achieve set objectives.

He added that unity and mutual understanding among members must be consistently preserved to reinforce relationships and elevate the effectiveness of organizational operations.
