LIMBANG: The Limbang Integrated Administrative Centre (IAC) has currently achieved 85.52 percent physical progress and is expected to be fully completed by June 2026.
Sarawak Secretary, Datuk Amar Mohamad Abu Bakar Marzuki, said that the Limbang IAC will be a new catalyst for administrative and economic development in the division.
He said this during his official working visit to the project site on Sunday to review the current status of the project.
The visit reflects the state leadership's continued commitment to ensuring that every major development project is implemented according to schedule and provides optimal benefits to the people.
Earlier in the morning, Datuk Amar Mohamad Abu Bakar with his wife, Dato Baduyah Bujang and his entourage arrived at the Pandaruan Immigration, Customs, Quarantine and Security (ICQS) Complex.
In the afternoon, he continued his visit to the proposed site of the Government Quarters Construction Project.
The working visit ended with a networking session with the Sarawak Secretary.
Also accompanying the visit were Limbang Division Resident Unus Tambi, Limbang District Officer Sulaiman Engal and other officers.-UKASnews
