Sarawak Governor Attends First Day Of 271st Conference Of Rulers
KUALA LUMPUR: Sarawak Governor Tun Pehin Sri Dr Wan Junaidi Tuanku Jaafar attended the 271st Conference of Rulers held at Istana Negara, on Wednesday.
Upon arrival, the Yang di-Pertua Negeri Sarawak was received by Datuk Paduka Maharaja Lela Istana Negara Datuk Azuan Effendy Zairakithnaini, Keeper of the Rulers’ Seal Tan Sri Syed Danial Syed Ahmad as well as senior officials of Istana Negara.
Accompanying Tun Pehin Sri Dr Wan Junaidi was Sarawak Deputy Premier Datuk Amar Douglas Uggah Embas.
The Head of State expressed gratitude for the smooth proceedings of the meeting which was conducted in an orderly and harmonious manner, underscoring the spirit of cooperation and unity in upholding the royal institution.
