Three RTP 2026 Projects In Kampung Sungai Ud To Strengthen Infrastructure
DALAT: A total of three projects under the Rural Transformation Project (RTP) 2026 allocation are set to enhance basic facilities and improve the quality of life for residents of Kampung Sungai Ud.
The allocation was presented by the Minister for Women, Early Childhood and Community Wellbeing Development, who is also Dalat Assemblywoman, Dato Sri Fatimah Abdullah, during a Hari Raya Aidilfitri gathering held in the village on Saturday.
Among the key projects is the upgrading of the concrete drainage system from Sungai Bekarong to Sungai Tabei along Jalan Bajai, Kampung Sungai Ud Hilir (Phase 3), with a cost of RM150,000.
The projects also include the upgrading of the concrete drainage between Sungai Bekarong and Sungai Tabei at Jalan Bajai, Kampung Sungai Ud Hilir, Dalat (Phase 3) amounting to RM150,000, as well as the upgrading of the concrete bridge from the residence of former penghulu Sera to the Kampung Sungai Ud community hall, valued at RM150,000.
In addition, an RTP allocation of RM500,000 has been approved for the construction of a new erosion control embankment at the estuary of Sungai Ud, Dalat.
During the event, Dato Sri Fatimah also distributed duit raya to children in attendance, adding to the festive cheer and bringing smiles to the recipients.
Earlier, she conducted an official visit and signed the plaque for the Rumah Kubur Kristian-Liko at Kampung Sungai Ud, Dalat. -UKASnews
