MINTRED Entrepreneurs In The Spotlight At Sarawak Harvest & Folklore Festival 2026
KUCHING: The Sarawak Harvest and Folklore Festival 2026, organised by the Sarawak Cultural Village, was successfully held from 23 to 24 May 2026, bringing together elements of culture, tourism and entrepreneurship in a vibrant two-day celebration.
The Ministry of International Trade, Industry and Investment (MINTRED) supported the participation of nine local entrepreneurs to showcase and promote Sarawak-made products and services during the festival.
The participating entrepreneurs represented various sectors including traditional crafts, food products, and community-based businesses while gaining valuable exposure and opportunities to engage directly with both local and international visitors.
The initiative highlighted MINTRED’s continuous commitment to strengthening SME development in Sarawak through strategic support, business networking opportunities and high-impact programmes aimed at expanding market reach for local entrepreneurs. -UKASnews
