Nathenielle Lee Wins Girls’ U18 Title At Penang Open Junior 2025

PENANG: Sarawak’s Nathenielle Ann Wan-Xuan Lee captured the Girls’ Under-18 singles title at the 40th Penang Open International Juniors Tennis Championship 2025 with a hard-fought comeback victory.

After losing the first set 5–7, Nathenielle regrouped and battled back to win 6-4, 6-4 against Negeri Sembilan’s Catherine Eva Liew, securing one of her biggest junior titles to date.

She credited her breakthrough performance to the guidance of coach Norhairi Khaider and the support of the Persatuan Tenis Bumiputera Sarawak (PTBS), who continue to assist her development on the national stage. - UKASnews
