Amid Busy Schedule, DPM Still Finds Time To Visit Media Friend
KUCHING: Despite his demanding schedule as Deputy Prime Minister, Datuk Amar Fadillah Yusof took the time to visit a media colleague currently receiving treatment at the Sarawak General Hospital (SGH) on Sunday.
His concern was evident as he visited Razali Nordin, 54, a photographer for the Malaysian National News Agency (Bernama) based in Kuching, who has been facing various health complications since the past month of Ramadan.
In a post on his official Facebook account, Datuk Amar Fadillah shared that Razali is scheduled to undergo heart valve surgery at the Sarawak Heart Centre on 4 May.
During the visit, he reminded media practitioners not to neglect their health despite the heavy and unpredictable demands of their work.
“Work is important, but health is even more important. Take good care of yourselves,” he said.
He also offered prayers for Razali’s treatment to proceed smoothly and for a full and speedy recovery.
Also in attendance was his wife, Datin Amar Ruziah Mohd Tahir. — UKASnews
