UKAS Media Centre Launched In Conjunction With Sarawakku Sayang Programme
LIMBANG: Sarawak Secretary Datuk Amar Mohamad Abu Bakar Marzuki officiated the launch of the Sarawak Public Communication Unit (UKAS) Media Centre in conjunction with the Sarawakku Sayang (SKS) 2026 programme, held at the Limbang Sports Complex here on Friday.
The launch signifies the Sarawak Government’s continued commitment to strengthening information delivery and expanding public access to communication through more effective and integrated media platforms.
Also present were Deputy Sarawak Secretary (Administration) Datu Felicia Tan Ya Hua as well as UKAS Director Awang Putrayusrie Awang Redzuan.
Earlier, Datuk Amar Mohamad Abu Bakar also took part in live interview sessions at the TVS Studio and RTM Mini Studio, where he shared insights and the latest updates on the programme.
The Limbang Division marks the first leg of the SKS 2026 Programme, held from 10 to 12 April at the Limbang Sports Complex.
It brings together a range of activities and engagements aimed at bringing government services closer to the people while fostering a spirit of unity within the community.
The programme is scheduled to be officiated by the Premier of Sarawak Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri (Dr) Abang Abdul Rahman Zohari Tun Datuk Abang Openg, on Saturday. -UKASnews
